Short but important notice. Céondo Ltd is going to be struck off from the register at the Companies House within a couple of weeks. This will not surprise anybody, but legally this is important.
All the customers with some contracts under the Limited company have been informed, but maybe I missed somebody.
Céondo GmbH will soon be the only existing structure as the limited company is already a defacto dormant company.
